Simpson Plumbing responded to my call for service the next day. Chris was sent to my home to provide me with a free estimate of the service I requested. Chris notified me by phone that he could arrive earlier if that was acceptable which is most certainly was. I explained what I needed done, and Chris explained my options. Chris came across as honest , genuine, and forthright. He explained to me he could repair my number one priority, but he would have to order parts for the other less pressing issues to be repaired the way I requested. Chris replaced the valves to our clothes washer and temporarily capped our utility sink lines so we could use our washing machine for an upcoming trip. I rarely if ever accept the first and only bid for any job. However , in this case I did and it was due to Chris’s professionalism and positive demeanor. I would highly recommend Simpson Plumbing. I’m impressed with Simpson Plumbing. I called 2 other plumbing companies and they could be out for over a week. When I called and explained my situation (I believe I talked with Rachel) she said we have to take care of that right away and scheduled me for 8:00 the next morning. Kenny arrived on time. Chris called ahead of his arrival to advise he was running ahead of schedule, and to ask whether he could arrive early. After a quick diagnosis, he soon had my pipe unclogged and went on his way. He left no trace of himself or our problem behind him. It was a clean, quick, professional job done. I would say the cost was on the higher end, but it's a flat fee estimate rather than a call fee plus a minimum time fee, as I've experienced in the past. Simpson Plumbing left me pleased.
