        I think the team they sent was great and hope they come for future appointments. They clean up behind themselves too. Pricing I believe is very fair. Drew, Arcy and Donald are always welcome to return and complete jobs here. And Jessica is pretty great at her job too. Kudos Simpson's Plumbing. We had a gasline put in.

        Drew and Ken were the ultimate professionals and showed up on time and took no time to take out the 20-year old water heater and replaced with a brand new one in under 90 mins!         Woke up to a water leak in our daylight basement. We called Simpson Plumbing for help and they dispatched Drew and Nat to see what needed to be done quickly. Drew informed us that the leak was due to faulty Quest Plumbing used when house was built (1990). Drew educated us on the history of this product and the fact that it is no longer used due to its substandard performance. Research on-line validated these facts. Drew and Nat set about repairing the leaking plumbing line. Drew showed us the faulty pipe and explained that the only way to truly fix the problem was a re-pipe. Drew and Nat also tested our water pressure coming into the house and informed us that we need a pressure reducer to bring our house to code, hopefully prevent further leaks until re-pipe. The water pressure was very high (85-100) which is bad for appliances and plumbing. Drew and Nat finished the job quickly but more importantly thinking ahead and installing new water shut off on good pipe along with pressure regulator. To further illustrate how straight Simpson Plumbing is, this is not our first water leak in the basement. Another plumbing outfit didn't bother to inform us about the Quest plumbing so the cause was never really fixed. The other company had to open the wallboard also but failed to recognize or relate the facts regarding the original plumbing. Needless to say, I highly recommend Simpson Plumbing.
