I began working with Geek Serv almost 10 years ago and they have always been fair, patient and professional through my dealings with them. I am an old guy without much computer savvy. Over the years they have answered all my questions and kept me current with my aging computer system I purchased from them. These guys are the goods! Fantastic experience. I was helped very quickly to find a solution to my internet coming down to an outbuilding. I was provided guidance and help in figuring out a solution just over the phone. I followed the advice and was able to solve the problem paired some of my own investigation. Huge thank you for the quick response and working with me to resolve!
