Bellingham Weekend Walk-In Clinic: Fairhaven

Great to have a walk-in clinic so close to home, and the doctor seems very good. I've used this walk-in clinic on Saturdays twice in two years for little things and it's alway good. Accepts my Aetna Medicare Advantage insurance, too.

Arrived at 9:45 am Sunday morning to find a locked door and a dark office. Hours listed on web and posted on door indicate that they open at 9:40 am. Very frustrating!

They don’t accept state healthcare and the doctor literally got on YouTube to see how to solve my problem. Super unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Save yourself the medical bill and just find a YouTube video

I had a skin infection, which is something that happens to me quite often. I am always very embarrassed about it, and no one likes going to the clinic anyways. Immediately walking into the clinic I felt very judged by the snooty receptionist, and even more put off by the look she gave me after I told her I had a skin infection. When she told me they were booked up but could possibly fit me in later in the afternoon I said sure and gave them my insurance information only to find they need a credit card down to set up an appointment (bullshit). I will not be going back there. I never write reviews but I thought I should let the good people of Bellingham know that this place is not for us. Walk In Health Clinic Inc is a much better option, friendly people who actually care.
