Worst mental health care I have ever experienced. Their phone system doesn't work and you are unable to get a live person on the phone. Supposedly someone will call you back within 72 hrs (! 72 hrs for mental health?!), but they never do. Their one med prescriber apparently has no idea what she is doing as it took 2 weeks of me messaging her through their portal (remember, you can't speak to anyone on the phone) and my previous (retired counselor calling her) to get her to prescribe the correct medication. I was told that the medication I was taking was not in THEIR formulary (?!). When she finally called in the right meds, all I got was a "sorry for the confusion" with no explanation.
I wrote a detailed report of what took place and sent it to their office manager. She called me immediately, left a message saying she was going to email me information and never heard from her again. Even after I called and left her a message. Clearly she was told to NOT continue talking to me. Sweep that one under the rug.

Sadly the communication is atrocious. Not easy to navigate as a new patient, scheduling, billing etc.

Edit: In response to your reply to my review and additional information:
My partner tried showing up for two different appointments online. Both times the therapist did not come to the appointment. He was on time if not early each time and waited about 15 mins or more for them to join the appointment. At the time of both of these appointments he was not able to talk to anyone directly about the therapist not showing up / any technical difficulties that he may have needed help with navigating the website. Phone calls were dead ends, even during business hours. Coincidentally he was charged for the second appointment that HE was there for, but the therapist was not.
Not only did he spend time setting up these appointments, showing up, waiting and trying to contact someone, but he also wasted time he could have used to actually see a therapist and get help he needed. For someone in a bad mental health state of mind, this experience made him feel very defeated and frustrated.
When mental health can be life threatening, its really important to make it as easy as possible to access help. That was just not the case in this situation.
Although I appreciate your reply, albeit months laterunfortunately it does nothing to actually rectify the previous experience.
