        I am so pleased and happy with cascade neurology, the staff is amazing and very friendly, the whole process was smooth and easy and very helpful.

        I have left 4 voice-mails with this office and absolutely No Call Backs. I called 6 times in one freaking day and got a younger female who took my information and still was not called back, the last time I spoke to that young lady she stated "Shantel is on the other line and I promise she will call you back in 5 minutes". Guess what!! She NEVER called back! I will be calling my doctor and my insurance company for a different referral, if they treat people like this TRYING to make an appointment I can't imagine how they treat their patients. I'm done with these people.
