I only refer clients to companies who have outstanding prices and customer service. All my clients rave about their experience with Bob Wallin Insurance.
      Jason just saved me 1500 bucks a year. He took it upon himself to comparison shop my policy.

      image I've been getting my auto and home insurance from Bob Wallin for two years.  They are pretty responsive at first when initial quotes are involved.  But as time passes and your account gets into "maintenance" mode, their interest and responsiveness fades.  I still get those self-congratulatory marketing emails every so many months to let me know that they won this and that small business award.  But whenever I email an inquiry on my account, they seem incapable to even acknowledge that they received it, to let me know if they followed up with the insurer or not, or to let me know the outcome.
