I had the pleasure of working with Luke for the purchase of my home last year. Luke was exceedingly professional and responsive. I was in the process of changing jobs from Seattle to the Tacoma area. I have him a specific list of what I was looking for in my new home. He was able to describe what the different characteristics of the different neighborhoods I wanted. He was able make appointments quickly to see homes. After speaking with me and looking at a few homes, Luke suggested a house in a neighborhood I did not originally consider. Knowing what I was looking for, he found the house I fell in love with and purchased. He was very thorough and diligent in making sure I had all the information I need to make a good purchase. Great realtor!
