Jason and Eli from J&B Partners were the best agents we could have asked for! My fiancee Danielle and I were looking for our first home in the Seattle area, which quickly turned into what seemed like "mission impossible" based on the recent market. Jason & Blake and the whole crew is awesome to work with -True professionalism from start to finish! We found them while touring one of their listings in our neighborhood. They are not the kind of agents that you see on other listing who have very less knowledge about the listing itself or sitting with a phone / laptop. They are fully engaged with the people who step in your home. Their marketing crew, the tools they use are all top-notch. Both Jason & Blake have very good co-ordination and makes sure that their clients are not left alone and atleast one of them is around (even during the holidays when we had to prep our home for listing) Their valuable inputs helped position our home best for the sale and every penny invested was worth given we listed even in winter!! As first time home buyers we really had a great experience with J & B. We worked with Eli and Jason. Eli was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or rushed with decisions. He gave us great advice and pointed out things we wouldnt have noticed. Always on time or early. Answered tons of questions. We would definitely work with them again if/when we decided to sell or buy again and would highly recommend working with Eli when buying a home especially first time buyers. Jason and team were the BEST to work with! In a competitive market, they helped us beat out several other offers on a dream property.
