Edit to a one star review: I haven't been to this establishment for OVER A YEAR. I am getting bills for $3.50 for procedures that are done more than 18 months ago. I have tried to call TWENTY-TWO times since they have been open and no one has picked up the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. They are unorganized and have repulsive business practices. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE. Honestly, I loved this place a few years ago. They got me in immediately, prescribed medication immediately etc. Everything a doctors office should be. Within the last year I've been disappointed. No one answers the phones at the front desk, no one answers emails, the rooms are dirty, test results take weeks to get back/ if the doctor sends them to get tested and lets the sample expire without telling the patient that they were never tested etc. The front desk is short and rude with clients, I had a nurse try to draw blood three times, fail, then blame it on my moving veins. I did love my doctor Natalya, she was attentive and patient. If she goes anywhere else I'd probably follow. But as of right now I doubt I'd be able to even schedule an appointment because no one ever picks up on the other end. I'm leaving two stars because I did love my doctor, and even though I had to call eight times over the course of an hour for a small emergency, they helped me out 'eventually'. It shouldn't be this tedious.

They overcharge and make you come in more often than is needed, so they can keep charging $200+ for a check-in that I now message my physician for free. They also refused to refill my antidepressants before scheduling an appointment "with them." I have always been able to get an interim refill from past physicians, so that was suspicious. It made me look deeper, and withholding medications from patients and overcharging isn't new to this practice. Don't come here.

Worst experience ever. I scheduled the appointment at a particular time and I was kept in a room waiting for ever while people came after me were being helped. The medical assistant in particular was super rude and not even apologetic. I was neglected and made me feel like i am not important. Im never going back there and wont recommend for anyone. There are much better clinics where people care.
