Phil is the one of if not the best attorney in the area. His knowledge of the law and straightforward guidance through the legal process saved me time and many a headache. Phil has represented me three times and I'm lucky to have found him. I got better than expected results each time that Phil has represented me. He recently helped me reduce my IID requirement by 5 years, which is AWESOME! He responds quickly, explains everything so that it makes sense.
