One item got delivered in this weather conditions. The other Item is not getting delivered because of the same weather condition. How do I understand that? I guess its always good to blame weather or Covid19 this days if something doesnt work out on time. Not serious!!!! Bad service

Nothing about this place says customer or care. Just like the rest of the company, they basically want to take your money and RUN. You can tell they do not care whatsoever by the copy-paste response they have given to every complaint, rather than actually listening to anyone. Insert copy/paste response below, you failure

Driver delivered package to wrong address and UPS refused to do anything about it. Promised call backs that have never come. and telling me it my issue and I have to call the retailer and do my own investigation. Unless.

0 Stars! UPS Driver, rather than walking to the front door, left package in driveway against a tree visible to the street. UPS continues to become the worst delivery service provider bar none. Even Amazon drivers are better. What BROWN CAN DO FOR ME is walk up my driveway and put package on my porch. UNBELIEVABLE. (Arlington Washington)
