      image Worst experience I have had in a long time. I had a simple Amazon return, she told me I needed a box, and I said can you sell me one please and put the return down in the scale and the lady behind the counter accused me of slamming her scale and started yelling at me, when I tried to explain that I had absolutely not intended to slam anything (but apologize if I had caused any issues) she cut me off , told me I was rude and said she was going to call the owner and show him the cameras to prove that I had broken her scale and she was going to charge me for it.
      I waited a bit to see if tensions could cook and tried to speak to her again and she kept screaming at me that I slammed her scale and how rude I was.
      She said her name was Noor, but I have no idea if she was telling the truth, it was the most awful experience I have had in a long time.
