        Lisa called me with an earlier appointment that became available due to a cancellation. She is good on the telephone. When I arrived she handed me the papers to prepare and sign. She manages herself very well as she does many tasks without interruptions. Amy and Dr. Smith listened to my needs with his complete attention. He looked at X-rays and examined all my teeth and gums. He discovered the cavity that is causing my pain. He answered my questions and provided thoughtful responses. I am extremely thankful for his friendly way and professional help.
