I came across Temp Pro on thumbtack. I will continue to work with Temp Pro for future HVAC services and would definitely recommend to anyone that needs HVAC services done. They reached out to me almost immediately after I opened my project. Dustin (tech) was scheduled next day for on site appt, he was on time, very polite and knowledgeable (first impression was great). It did took a few days for him to send me an estimate, but it was understandable since my situation was a bit tricky. Once I agreed, everything was set up as easy as 1 2 3 - from scheduling me, to getting the team out to the site and finishing the job making sure everything works correctly. As busy as they are they were able get everything set up and done while working around with my schedule, which was great and I'm very appreciative of that. Overall its 5+ stars for the whole team of Temp Pro (they're all very PRO) Communication with Brian was very prompt and understanding and he's extremely patience. Dustin is very experienced and Brice was very helpful and nice. They were all very cautious with my unit and newly remodeled space. The job took way longer than expected as we hit a few hiccups as we dig into it but Dustin and team was quick to come up with other options and solutions to get it done without cutting corners.
