Aire Serv of Lorton

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I chose Aire Serv of Lorton in Stafford VA due to the rating and some of the reviews. Sadly to my experience Aire Serv is one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I spent roughly 20k to install new units. I have been calling them weekly for two months without a response to inspect my heating unit since the backup aux heat keeps coming on. They also have not done any maintenance on my device even though I have warranty with them anddddd they still did not clean my ducts nor install the dampers in my main system. If you are reading this review and live in Stafford VA I would choose any other company than Aire Serv. Services: Installation, Install thermostat, Install AC, Heating system installation

My new HVAC was installed by AirServ of Lorton in November 2019. The experience was good, and I joined their "preferred customer" plan, paying a monthly subscription fee, when the initial labor warranty expired in November 2021. After that if I wanted my twice yearly checks and maintenance, I had to initiate instead of them being proactive. This worked exactly once, when they came in spring 2022 for the A/C check. I have called them four times since January, attempting to schedule the winter check. Each time my call is answered by an external answering service which takes my info and says they'll leave a message for AirServ to call me. Then.....nothing. To recap, they take money from my bank account but will not fulfill their end of our contract. I'm done with AirServ. I recommend you go elsewhere to an honest company that provides the service you pay for.

This company was appointed by my home warranty to look into my heating system. They came and diagnosed the system and left. This was the last time I heard from them, even though I have called several times, left several messages, even the home warranty company was struggling to get in touch with someone. They only confirmed that the spare part needed for my heating system was delivered to this company and they are yet to give an appointment. With the cold weather in Virginia, it is unbearably cold and this company don't seem to care, and they call themselves a unneighborly company, haha right. I have never seen or experienced worst response than this. I have gotten sick from not having heat at home and I am risking my kid and my elderly parent who live with me. I am still waiting but no high hopes. I Highly DO NOT Recommend this company.
