Called on a Sunday since they are open. Tech was supposed to call. Haven’t heard from them in 5 days. Useless!

Had an appointment on 5/5/18, between 12p-3p. They called me at 11:30a to tell me that the technician would be late, lol. They also told me to go do what I need to do and to not wait for him to arrive and that he'd call me with plenty of notice when he's on his way. Well, technician never showed up. Called them on 5/6/18 to see if they were coming or not... haven't heard back from them. Please do yourself a favor and choose another company that actually communicates with their customers and KEEPS their appointments. Terrible company.

Worst of the worst! My washer broke down, and old republic home warranty assigned first choice appliance to repair it, then the nightmare started. On that day, the service guy came, and my family called me in middle of the day, says that the guy says he could not move the washer, want to charge $100 for moving it. I came back from work to help him (and watched how clumsy he is), then after an hour, he says he is done. I saw the brand new part he ordered is still in his box and I asked, he said he did not need to change that part. He started a cycle and nagging for the $100 co-pay. Hurry back to work, I gave him $100 cash, he left. then after 15 mins, I was told the machine stopped again. I contact old republic immediately, then after 1 week, contacted again, another guy came took a look, then next day my repair is assigned to a new contractor. the new guy fixed it with 1 visit. But it IS NOT OVER! After another month, I got bill from old republic for $100 co-pay, which First Choice Appliance claimed they did not get and billed old republic. And they billed old republic for replacing that part plus labor too!!! Incompete shameless liars, worst of worst, stay away!

My furnace stopped functioning and I called them during our snowy day. They were able to schedule me that afternoon and gave me the time between 3-7. The repairman was on time and called me on his way to my house. He was very professional and had plenty of patience when I asked him numerous questions. He was able to replace the ignitor that was on his truck and was out in no time. I am happy that they were the ones that I chose to come out and definitely will keep their information for future needs and references.
