Great experience, Quality Install and Transparent Communication. New custom indoor and outdoor HVAC unit installed with Heat Pump in January 2021. Company was very knowledgeable in diagnosing inefficiencies with my old system and provided great feedback and recommendations for my new system. Communication was very straight forward and Terrone delivered on everything that was promised. This was the second system installed by Terrone and Dominion Services in my second location in the past 4 years. Each time he delivered with quality work and transparent pricing. We have had Dominion Services in our home three times. I will continue to call them because they do great work, they are trustworthy and bring a great presence into my home. They are easy to coordinate with and I appreciate Mr. Street’s explanations and advice about various home systems. He is always gracious, even when I’ve made a stupid homeowner mistake, which I totally have. Their pricing is reasonable. I’m so grateful we know about this company! Had a good experience, Dominion came in a two days after the initial call and replaced both inside and outside units. Price seemed fair and work looks good. Would use them again.

Terrone and Caleb we’re a pleasure to do business with. Very knowledgable, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for HVAC installation/assessment. I love our new HVAC system, it’s a huge improvement and the house is so much more comfortable in this heat!

Dominion Services installed a heat pump for me in 2014. Not only Is the owner, Terrone, rude but is incompetent. The owner was pleasant until after the contract was signed and 50% of the money paid to him. After that point he was very difficult to work with in many ways to include yelling a lot. For example, when the job was completed, I told him I was going to test the emergency heat and he yelled you can’t it is only for emergencies. During the first year warranty period, I had to repeatable call him back, once a month or so, to work on the system as it stopped working. He would come out get it working but it would fail again in 4-6 weeks. At the end of the warranty period, he had to fix it once again but when it broke again in 4-6 weeks he said it was no longer under warranty and I would have to pay for the service call. I certainly was not going to pay him to fix it as he was never able to permanently fix it so I hired Leonard Splaine Co. who found that the incorrect part was installed in the exterior unit and the system has run fine for the past 6 years. This week, the system nearly caught on fire and the cause was determined to be an improperly installed wire nut on the inside unit. Since Leonard Splaine Co only worked on the outside unit six years ago, clearly the wire nut problem was caused by Dominion Services. Buyer beware! Service: Heating system installation
