I was looking for a luxury bike (Ducati DIavel) and stumbled upon a luxury dealership. What I mean by this is the owner and his employee, were amazingly professional and easy to talk with. It started 3 days before I visited the dealership on the phone. Mo (the owner) gave me much insight on the bike and the price sounded unbelievable. When I came in, I test drive the bike for about 45 mins and fell in love with the machine. Mo and his employee explained all parts of the deal thoroughly and I ended up getting and even better deal than I could even expected. It felt like I just visited my rich uncle who made sure I had the best time at his place, and ended up leaving with my dream bike for the price of a new moped. I will keep coming back to this great dealership when in need of a new car. On a side note, please don’t try to play around with this guy like some of the other reviewers. His cars are on the lot typically for a few days before they’re sold unlike most used car salesmen. That’s because Mo means business, so if you come in and just waste his time with no money, and no plan on buying, please don’t expect much. It’s not your local Jerry’s toyota, don’t expect to get a lollipop on the way out just for comin out and wasting his time!

Update /20/19 Owner still has not respond and to my knowledge knowingly sold a defective vehicle to someone less informed. My last contact was in person, after he shook my hand making the deal... Beware of staged reviews. Update 2/6/19 Bike appears to have been sold. Dealer lied and can not be trusted. Do not do business with this guy. Had cash in hand ready to buy, I added a photo to show some concerns with the bike. Ducati Dealer also shared these concerns. If you value your time do not make the same mistake I did. Update 2/5/19 Ducati Dealer called and the owner never showed up for the service appointment. Has not responded to any of my calls and texts for 3 days. At this point the bike has been removed from the website and presumably sold... can only hope the owner disclosed the issues I found... I will update my review if I ever hear back. Crossing my fingers I didn't drive across country only to be lied to. Update: 2/2/19 I drove 15 Hours to pick up a motorcycle in "perfect" condition. Upon arrival I found the bike was leaking oil and coolant from the engine (not good). Was not happy because the bike was not as described. Owner scheduled an appointment with the local Ducati shop to have it checked out on 2/5/19. Left with a deal to proceed with the sale after mechanic inspection and he would have it delivered to me. All in all the owner did what he could given the circumstances. Original Review 1/31/19 works hard to keep customer happy
