CVS Pharmacy

They have really gone downhill. Can't get anyone on the phone, huge lines with people standing around. Went in today to pick up a prescription, they were closing up for lunch break (130 to 230). They pointed me to the sign. When I told them it was only 1:25 they just shrugged. Moving prescriptions elsewhere

What a horrible place. The last 3 scripts have been wrong and the pharmacists are lazy. These people are repulsive and openly complain about customers in front of other customers. There is no sense of urgency and they drag their feet. I was asked to wait 20-30 minutes for a script that they messed up, meanwhile 50 minutes later the lazy pharmacist begins to work my order. This place should be shut down. Disgusting how little people care about customer service anymore.

Pharmacist gave me antibiotics for my son in a bottle that does not fit the syringe. I have to pour the medicine in a cup to measure. They were super rude to me while I held my fever ridden, sweaty five year old. They were out of guaifenesin (expectorant) and the inhalor for my son. They do not answer their phone. On the bright side, the target employee was very lovely about helping me find the guaifenesin on their shelves. I will definitely go back to Target but I will not be returning to the CVS. Luckily we live in Williamsburg and Im pretty sure there are as many pharmacies as there are.Breakfast restaurants!

Worse customer service ever very very slow service. I called and hadn't spoken to anyone in over 13 minutes of calling. If you need your medication which we all do don't go here. Personally it's like they don't care at this pharmacy like your bothering them.

Prescriptions never ready on time. Impossible to reach them via phone. Im switching to rite aid.
