It's an older motel, with exterior doors. It's ok. I stayed one night and felt safe.

We stay here whenever we visit Williamsburg. Weve been here many times. Its a nice, clean, economical place to stay. They have breakfast but we never eat there only because we like to eat at Shortys.

BILLING NIGHTMARE. DO NOT BOOK. They pre authorize your card for random amounts and do NOTHING to return it. 3 days after our stay, hold shows up. Already paid room in full, so this is in addition. Call choice, they tell us it goes through the individual location and they have to release this hold. NOTE: at no point was any hold disclosed to me. I read everything to a frustrating degree. Choice tells me to call my bank, find out what they need, and tell the location. First, AJ, manager, is magically "not there" when I call. My other half calls from a blocked number, all of a sudden AJ is there. Surprise! He refused to send anything than our final receipt over and over. Tells us the hold is for the bank to release. We try and tell him he has to send them info, he refused and ends the call. While we were there, the place was nice. But unless you're using a prepaid card with your exact stay amount, DONT STAY HERE. Original post: We booked because cleanliness was our #1 concern, and this location did not disappoint. Though it is clearly and older building, our room had new flooring and was well equipped with fridge, microwave, and was very clean. Well worth the price, and close to everything! Will stay again I'm sure!
