Best haircut ever! I booked my appointment with Paula and she was amazingly attentive. She didn't just part my hair in the middle and start cutting, but made sure it was parted in my usual way. She checked with me throughout to get my approval on the shape and make sure I approved the length. I left completely satisfied with silky smooth hair. I think I found my new hairdresser.

BEWARE if you have ethnic, non-caucasion hair. The stylist we saw was extremely rude and unknowledgeable about my sister's hair texture. The minute she sat down, they proceeded to roughly pull a part her hair while repeatedly saying with a disgusted tone and face "What is going on here?" I was so shocked because I have never experienced this before! And even though my sister's face was visibly disturbed, they continued to do so. They also refused to color her hair because supposedly it is "damaged" and not "smooth" or "shiny" like my finer hair, and is too "tough" (these are their words! No exaggeration). She has not colored, straightened, or blow-dryed her hair in over 5 years. So, clearly they have no clue about what healthy ethnic hair looks like. Just because it isn't "smooth" or "shiny" like Caucasian hair does not mean it is damaged. Get a clue. Btw, my sister left crying. Congrats for making her self-esteem worse about her natural, ethnic hair. I would give you zero stars if I could. They even had the audacity to say "I don't have all day to work on your hair. I got bills to pay". How unprofessional! P.s. It's understandable if they did not know how to deal with ethnic hair. But to say demeaning things about her hair texture is beyond mean. You need training on how to treat customers *Update* My sister just went to an ethnic hair salon in the area and they said her hair is incredibly healthy. Go figure!
