Started out at the Monticello location which for some reason was closed. So we went to the location at Five Forks to have my sons hair cut at 1:25 p.m. There wasn't anyone seated in the waiting area and she was working on a customers hair. She walked over to the register and took his name and told us to come back at 2:30 p.m. so we left and went to find something to do for that hour. We drove back, arrived at 2:25 p.m. and she had closed and put a note on the door saying she would return at 3:00 p.m. We chose not to wait. Totally poor customer service. She could have simply said to bring him back at 3:00 p.m. I will definitely be looking for a business that values a customers time and appreciates having their business.
