Supercuts

I'm so upset. I've gone here so many times and have only had a couple of cuts that weren't perfect, but not bad. The staff has always been so kind and seems to know what they're doing. NOT THIS TIME. I left bawling because I was made to feel like how it turned out was all my fault and she didn't follow what I wanted. I'm not saying this place is the issue, I'm saying be careful of Precious. If you like short hair cuts then you should be good, but she left me a disaster and cut it way shorter than I asked along with me having to come back in after I noticed long hanging strands. I explained I had a new job I wanted to make a good first impression (since it took me 2 years to get into) and now I don't even want to leave the house. She was very polite and nice to talk to, bubbly and sweet......just really messed my hair up.... even with the damage control my mom tried to help with.

Is there a direct number to customer service? I am extremely unhappy with my cut. Its uneven and botched and I need to speak with a manager. I really didnt want to leave a review but since I cant seem to get ahold of anyone, it looks like I may have to come back and give a more detailed review of my experience

I love my haircut. Mom and I are going to the Supercuts on Jefferson Avenue now. The CNU location left a lot to be desired. They were not open at 9 several times when we went there. The Jefferson Avenue location is great. We can get in and out real quick!
