        Made a reservation for 12:30 on Sunday for my son's haircut. We show up at 12:20 to wait and I'm told that I have 4 people in front of me. I tell the lady that we actually made an appointment for 12:30, she looks and sees the appointment then tells me I have to wait for the people who walked-in with no appointments. She was really nice about it but there was zero explanation. What is the point of making an appointment then? Am I taking crazy pills? Why don't they just say we no longer take appointments?

It does not guarantee you will be taken exactly at your check-in time depending on the circumstances.
