        I walked into the store to purchase multiple hats for my son. When I walked into the store I wasnt greeted. Three employees were just standing there and i approached them to ask a question and this tall skinny girl just looked at me like she didnt know she was at work and I may have had a question. I just told them nevermind and helped myself then I thought about it why would I spend $100-$150 at a store that gave me this kind of customer service. I will gladly take my money to the lids at the Norfolk outlet were I always get exceptional service.
