My companies have done tens of thousands of dollars in business with Superior Interiors for over a decade. However, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor will we ever do business with them again. The owner threatened to sue me over an $800 invoice two weeks after it was sent for a restocking fee on material that was ordered by mistake. They also installed a wood floor that was faulty and had to be redone which was a major inconvenience and added cost. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company and arrogant business owner. There are dozens of other flooring companies in Hampton Roads that will treat you with much more dignity and respect and offer a much better quality, price, and customer experience. Showed up on time. Very polite and efficient workers. Great communication and quick work with good attention to detail. They asked our opinion every step of the way and even helped us move some of our heavy furniture back in so that we wouldnt scratch our new floor. It looks great. Would definitely recommend.
