We scheduled an in-home estimate with this company. The appointment was for 10am and they asked for a one-hour arrival window. They confirmed their appointment via email the day before the appointment. No one showed up or even called to cancel which was very disappointing.

Thank you. I was bothering from my old kitchen, they moved my kitchen to new area, put dedicated line, new plumbing and my favorite cabinet color white. During project also they answered all my change order. Keep it up. New project will be my master bathroom. Terrible quality of work. Project manager was not able to identify discrepancy on work. Terrible communication skills. While they promised that we will be updated regularly, designer and project manager failed to communicate with us of scheduling, and shipment status of missing items. Workers that came to the house were unaware of the special instructions for installation of ducting, outlets and tiles. Project manager did not provide a check off list to ensure that all work were completed, instead he insisted on having a one page completion letter signed, as well as having the last installment payment check. He stated that they are going with the main office timeline. There are still several unfinished items on the list, from replacing a broken tile on the backsplash to installation of electrical outlets, without anyone from the company to provide a date for rework. At this point, a month since the final payment was provided, any rework would only serve as major inconvenience to us. Such a disappointing experience. We will not be using this company for the future remodel of our bathrooms. Service: Remodeling
