Disastrous experience with this company, if it can be called that. Ellen Goodman took a deposit but failed to deliver the blinds. Her installer repeatedly made and then broke appointments, and finally failed to respond at all. Avoid at all costs. Will be raising this with Visa and with the Better Business Bureau.
