I was very disappointed in my experience with this company. I probably should have known better than to have a carpet installer replace a stair riser, but they said they could do it and charged me $750 for the work, on top of the other flooring work to be done. The installer did a very poor job, not making the resulting two steps even (one was 8", the other 6", which is against code), the whole thing squeaked as you stepped on it and the ends were poorly finished at the wall. A manager came out to review it and told me it was a sufficiently done job and there was nothing they would do to fix it. Six months later, the tread is curved and pulling up from the riser and nails are popping out at the wall. Again, I was told nothing could be done other than to pay them more to come redo it.
TL:DR - Don't use this company for anything other than flooring and even then, don't expect high quality.
