I should begin this review by sharing that my first call for a plumbing issue unfortunately was not to Booz. I called another company and they assessed the problem with my shower that the cartridge needed replaced. They informed me that this cartridge was impossible to find and the solution was to either put the old, damaged cartridge back in place or break down a wall and install a completely different shower faucet. I chose to get a second opinion and I am so glad that I did. Not only was Booz able to find the replacement cartridge promptly without completely destroying my bathroom, they charged LESS to complete the job than the folks that essentially did nothing. I cannot speak highly enough of Booz Plumbing, especially my tech, Mike. Extremely professional, prompt, helpful, and easy to work with. Thank you Booz! Service: Shower repair

Can't say anything about their plumbing service, but their driver (7/14/21 4:20PM - 66W bound to Front Royal, just prior to exit 18) tailgating and swerving 85+ mph at a 7-month pregnant woman and several others... was enough to let me know I'll never have to worry about using their service.
Your drivers are a reflection of your company.
If they can't treat people with respect or the courtesy to NOT put someone else's life in danger, it speaks volumes of your values. There is absolutely no reason to put someone else and their unborn child at risk because Jack-be-Simple is in a hurry to go the exact same direction... Shame on your driver. At his rate, he's going to ensure your company owns someone's car... and their extended medical care.

Honest and good hearted, skilled people. Treats you straight up, and won't sell you stuff you don't need and will steer you in the right direction. I wasted time at Home Depot and bought the wrong stuff, and John sold me the right part and even gave instructions.

Called to have two faucets repaired and on one faucet they did everything but repair it which ended up costing my a lot of $$$ and I still had the problem. The second job was to replace a single cartridge and was charged $150 for labor for a 15 min job. In addition they were late and did not bother to call to inform customer. Bad enough to have to put aside a 4 hr window to wait on someone and even then they cannot be on time. Way overpriced. Customer felt that communications was poor as to what the problems were and potential solutions/costs and lastly felt they did unecessary work to make more money. While we have had pleasant and reasonable experiences with Booze Plumbing in the past this was not one of them. Will look for more honest place to do business. Service: Tap repair
