I do not have a google account, however Kevin Hamilton did an excellent job of ordering and installing our unvented gas fireplace on 25 January 2023. He explained in detail how to operate the controls and setting for the fireset and adjusted the settings as advised. His removal of the old fireset and placement of the new fireset proceeded efficiently with attention to detail - without any problems. Kevin cleaned up after the installation and removed the old fireset. We are very pleased with his work and look forward to working with OHA and Kevin in the future.

I have found OHA HVAC to be knowledgeable, reputable, skilled, and punctual resource for our hotel project. Many skilled trade trade contractors will charge you whatever they feel like they can get away with. From our first interaction, I felt that they would be different, and they have. The costs associated with our project as well as the quality of workmanship has made OHA, a relative bargain. As we move deeper into this project, with new and added challenges, instead of trying to find ways of charging excessively, they have been reasonable and accommodating. I am truly thankful for the authenticity of these tradesmen. James Seward has been the "boots on the ground". James has been on-time, productive, and personable every time he comes. It seems that virtually any mechanical question that I pose to him, he has at least one solid solution. He seems to be able to "think outside the box" and find solutions that are not obvious. There are several more months to go on this project. I am grateful that this company chose to be a part of our project.
