Overall Devin provided one of the best car buying experiences I've had. He was quick to reply to my inquiry about the vehicle. He scheduled time for a test drive and was very well prepared so when I arrived so we were able start driving immediately. Devin ensured we moved at a good pace through the required paperwork. My meeting with the finance team was great as well. My total time at the dealership on a Saturday was about two hours, which I think is impressive. Devin was great and the entire team was friendly and helpful.

I have a 2012 Chevy Volt that is going through a mid-life crisis. Many GM dealers do not have current technicians supporting the Volt (discontinued.) The Service Manager was courteous and knowledgeable, called with repair expectations and cost. Location is in Tysons close to Greensboro metro so easy to get to/from if I need to leave car during the day.

Parts were not available yet I had to sit and wait for almost 3hrs in the waiting area. for what reason? I am not sure, and although I paid for the part to be ordered. No one told me what the time expectation should be.

We had an EXCELLENT experience here. Jonathan was so kind and communicative, clearly explained everything that needed to be done, checked in regularly, and did a meticulous job with the repairs.
