I say that with quotes because he was a great person to work with: there was no pressure, answered all of our questions, and demonstrated all of the features.         I am not happy, i bought my 2019 2500 from them and was promised a set of rails, never got the was offered 200.00 instead. I bought it in January and Had new sticker and had to put brakes on it one month. They did put brakes on it after i said something. Now side rails are rusted into . I not sure what will be happen next .
