My wife and I had a guy named Scott Stiles come to our house and he was the disrespectful and rude person I ever met, first he wanted us to go through our insurance and do a fraud claim which we are not going to do then he started yelling and cussing at us and I told him that we were going to call the owner and he said he was the owner. I can not believe someone would treat people the way he did and also want to do INSURANCE FRUAD I will never ever give this place service!!!! INSURANCE COMPANIES BEWARE!!!!!!

Highly professional, competent, and nice. Scott cleaned are carpets. They look fantastic. He followed up the next day to confirm that we were happy with the results. Due to harder to remove coffee and pet stains, he offered to and came back within the week to give those spots a 2nd treatment. Hire this company!
