If I could give this company zero stars then I absolutely would.
As part of our contract when my Husband and I closed on our home at the end of April RCPS was hired by the Seller in order to take care of some mold growing in the crawl-space.
Due to it having contaminated the installation the entire crawl space needed to be gutted.
None of the services that RCPS has claimed to have provided on the receipt that I was given during the closing was actually completed and as of today I have had an Expert come out and both document with photos and videos as well as confirm this to be the case.
Don’t bother wasting your time or your money on this company.

Excellent work, did mold remediation in crawl space, also installed Sump Pump in plastic trash can in crawl space w/o extra charge. Put down vapor barrier & sealed all seams...Encapsulated all beams with Fungicidal coating.
Total cost of Project $3470 which was not an estimate.
Service Pro wanted over $12,000 to do this and that was an estimate.
Recommended by the Realtor Bob Rochon who sold us the house, you can't go wrong with him either. Service: 11th month warranty inspections
