Came to find my mom a birthday gift - she was asking for a specific scent for lotion, but it turns out they only have that scent as a soap. My sense of smell is gone, so I asked the employee that greeted me at the door (Ingrid) if she could help me find something that smelled similar. She was so helpful and so sweet, and smelled the different options I had picked out to describe them to me. She was very knowledgable, and then managed to find me a set of a similar scent that they only had in the back storage area. Ingrid made the experience a thousand times easier. My only complaint about this location is that I wish they had more lotion/wash set options displayed, but it is a smaller store so I can understand why they wouldn't. However, they do have a very large selection of candles and wallflower scents, which is great.

This store is nice and organized. Staff is helpful and friendly! Shout out to Ingrid for being absolutely wonderful today! Give this lady a raise !!!!!

I used to love love love Bath and Body Works. But now the wall flower plug ins leak. They leak down the back side onto the floor or the counter. And the smells are not as potent as they once were. Which is why, I can only assume, they have created the "enhanced fragrance."
Shouldn't they all smell so good that they don't need to have a special label that says they are enhanced?
I now only use the free coupon and give away my discount coupons to people standing in line to pay it forward.
Thank you to all my younger years though Bath and Body Works for the great memories!

I stopped in to pick up an online order and noticed that the line was super long. I asked one of the 3 greeters hanging out by the door if I had to wait in line since I had already paid and was told yes. Ok, annoying but no big deal. I then watched the lone cashier working both cash registers (amazingly well, shout out to Capri, she's a boss) work through the line. I was very confused as to why there was 1 cashier and, as I said, at least 3 people just hanging out by the door. It's the holiday season with sales every day. Train your staff on everything, I saw at least one person give up and leave because of the wait.
