Friendly staff, answered my questions, awesome sales going on. Picked up a couple of bottles of lotion at 75% off and some really cute bag's.

UPDATE: Friendlier staff, super helpful, new faces that actually do their jobs and keep the line going! Hopefully, that stays consistent! The gentleman there is super helpful and personable as well.
Walked in this weekend saw the display in front and was asked by who I assume is the manager to not block the front to look at the display THEY set-up in the front but that there are more if we go further in. No greeting or welcome to the store. Which is fine. I guess.
Then while looking around for supplies some employees were helpful and nice but getting to the register- that was interesting. All of the staff on the floor and only 1 person at the register. 2 employees talking to the same customer with clear sight of the register notice that the one employee is tied up with a client making a simple transaction a bit of a complicated one. After waiting several minutes and even turning around to make eye contact with another employee and the manager wondering why they are ok with a line forming was a bit beyond me. I eventually put down the items and left.
Now going into another store in the same shopping center line circled around the store only 2 employees at the register but we were greeted upon entry, employees were polite and trying to move fast. I waited 20 plus minutes to make my purchase.
Customer service & efficiency changes everything. Especially a negative experience - just a thought/suggestion.

I walked in after a horrible experience with a Hospital and was very still very much out of it because of medication but Drs order was to keep waking so I walked into my favorite store and who was the first person to greet me Ms. Brianna , I commented that her name is the same as my friend's daughter and therefore I was in good hands. @bathandbodyworks you have a winner with this young lady. She was patient and graceful with me and I was so loopy so imagine my delight to have such a fantastic experience with Brianna. Please pass her my kuddos and this store has great customer service associates. Thank you again Brianna.
