If I could subtract stars, I would! This is BY FAR the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had shopping for anything! I'm in sales, myself, and Customer Service is the absolute most important thing in any type of sales environment. Not only did the guy, that claimed to be the manager, spend more time on the phone trying to sell used cars for some dealer, or friend of his, but flat told me that he didn't want to sell me a particular model of bed that I came in asking for (which, at that location has the same model number, but is completely different than the same model at ALL OTHER MATTRESS STORES). I very clearly explained that I was buying a mattress for a guest room, had been shopping for a while, did a TON OF RESEARCH on every company that is making a current product, as well as their current product-line, but instead of collecting the commission and letting me buy, he spent so much time trying to up-sell me to a mattress that was five times more than the one that I had decided on that he wasn't getting any of my business either way; regardless, when I said "this model is what I'm the most interested in, but why is it so much different than the same model at the other stores?" he was not only baffled, but told me that if I wasn't buying one for at least $1,800 then he 'wasn't interested in selling me anything. I went less than a mile down the road, to a different store that sells that particular brand of mattress that I was looking for, and had an amazing experience with the salesperson. I got a better deal on a mattress that was much more expensive, made the purchase that day, and then went back six months later and bought new King mattresses for my room, as well as another Queen for my son's room; later, I sent my mother in, and she bought an entire living room set from the same lady I spoke with both times. The moral of the story, is that simply because this guy didn't have two ears and one mouth, he lost a total of $2,100 in residual business from me and then everyone else that I would have sent that store's way. What a joke! Thanks for your help! NOT!
