Although Rotor Rooter wasn't able to support me, at least he knew what the dilemma was but didn't have the part to repair. I was thankful that I was not charged any fees since no fix was done. I'd use them again in a heart beat, not only that, I was also advised that there was a leak at my meter and to contact the City of Lowell for fix since the leak was on their side. Excellent results with Rotor Rooter.

We had a HVAC commercial account with them this year, the tech guys (Micheal & another guy I don't know his name) that arrived in on 2 different days since they had to order parts, both techs were supportive and professional. were checked and all the concerns were pointed out. They were rapidly on time and explain to me in details of all the problems and concerns. Last but not least, I would like to specially mention and thanks Christie Kane (Accounting Coordinator) for her help since the beginning to set up the account and also all the billing questions, she went above and beyond in order to meet our needs.
