This was my first visit to the Valley View office and I just cant say enough about everyone there, so very VERY nice and friendly! Extremely helpful, they discuss everything with you so you understand and they make you feel welcome. I am so glad to have found them.

Delighted to meet the new Valley View dentist, Dr. Nader Burbee. Excellent bedside manner; very patient. The best hygienist in North America is Julia Nash hands down. She is thorough, patient, brilliant... My family and I are blessed to have such an amazing group of professionals who care. #grateful Excellent, as always, even in emergencies.Unfortunately, after more than 10 years with this dental group, we have changed both our rating and our dentist due to the front office customer care and payment demands from the front office (during the Spring and Summer of 2022). Historically, Regina and the front office at the Valley View office were professional, caring, pleasant and genuinely concerned for the patients. I understand it is a challenge finding professionals during the pandemic. However, Jacob or Joshua or Jason (J) and the other female, temporary office employee with braces and glasses (L) gave us prices without itemized statements. Further, they were both abrupt and unpleasant. For one appointment L called and gave me one price, then called back and said, I dont want you to have a heart attack but you have to pay, $1,100. When my husband called her, she told him, I hope you dont have a heart attack. Praise God, our hearts are in excellent shapeand we have no problem paying what we owe. This type of unprofessional banter and unconscious (or conscious) bias makes it uncomfortable and causes us not to want to do business with this firm. Although we NEVER got an itemized statement, we paid that amount. My husband, Victor Banks, requested an itemized bill four times; we still have not received one. On the next visit, J said I had to pay $200 for the crown; I paid the $200. Dr. Burpee determined I did not need a crown; and we were never reimbursed. Instead, the office sent another bill for $85. Julia Nash is such an excellent hygienist, I was planning to see her even after all of the challenges with J and L; however, I could not get a response about payment. Consequently, I had to leave the best hygienist I have had in 57 years. I am sure Dr. Harvey is a good man and a good dentist; and although the Valley View office has since closed, it is my hope that he does not lose anymore business because of an unprofessional front office. The staff here is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to explain everything in detail so there were no surprises. If you suffer from "dental anxiety" then you should feel comfortable coming here. They truly put you at ease and make all procedures a breeze from a cleaning to a filling and everything in between. I highly recommend!

Julia is a wonderful hygienist, especially with children! She was so welcoming and helped me get past the fear and anxiety I had from poor dental care in the past.
