They were pretty friendly, but my tooth was in pain and needed to get pulled but instead they did a root canal and said I will be ok, few days later the pain kept getting worse and face getting more swollen and could barely breathe with high intense fever, had to get rushed to the hospital and they had to but 4 different types of IV fluids to relax my heartbeat and had to get a EKG and take medications and ended up getting a tooth extraction from another dental clinic the day before homecoming and they never called to apologize and just forgot about it.

My oldest son has been a patient in the building for nearly 12 years and both my kids have gotten dental work done here for 4 years. I have never missed an appointment and I've never been late. It has been raining in Roanoke for several days straight. My basement is flooded, my yard is flooded, my entire neighborhood is flooded but I knew it would be well over a month before he could get another appointment so I did the best I could with damage control in the basement and headed to the appointment. I was 15 minutes late. Most doctor's offices give you a 15 minute grace period. Apparently this office will only give you 10 so they refused to see us and did not care at all that I had a hard time even getting out of my house. It's also infuriating considering we were on time last visit but had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. I don't really even understand why being a few minutes late is such a big deal considering they never bring you back immediately. I just didn't like the absolute inflexibility especially since we've been using them for so long without issue.

I went in with excruciating pain from a cracked wisdom tooth & the dentist made it worse & referred me to an oral surgeon. He prescribed me amoxicillin and gave me nothing for pain after he made it 10X worse & he blamed it on me having anxiety. Which has nothing to do with the pain that Im going through. Will never go back to them. Everyone else was great, I just personally would not recommend unless you absolutely have to go there. Due to restrictions with your insurance. Save yourself the pain.

My first two fillings were fine, HOWEVER when i got my third, they completely messed up my tooth. bits and pieces of my tooth came out of my mouth and now i am left with a gaping hole in my teeth.
