I wish I could give zero stars. Judging by the influx of bad reviews, corporate needs to take a look at what this store is doing wrong. I will encourage all to visit your locally owned mom and pop beauty supply store. They will treat you better.

Very unprofessional staff. People used to get fired for certain behaviors but there is no standard of service these days and its sad. Go to anothers Sallys. I see people have mentioned Orange Ave. I will stick with Melrose Beauty.

I have not personally visited this store but I was present when my best friend received a call and was yelled at by an employee. I was going to be coloring her hair and I didnt have a chance to do that because she was so upset. She had a missing item that was left off her delivered order. Sallys refused to offer her a refund or to resend the item. They instead insisted that she drive to the store to retrieve the item they forgot to deliver or receive a refund. I also heard her call with customer service and they said the store could indeed issue her a refund but its clear they didnt want too. Tomorrow is Valentines Day and in anticipation of a suspected proposal when she should be pampering herself, she instead spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and an evening feeling depressed because this store refused to refund her and/or give her an item she paid for while yelling at her with multiple people and friends in the background to witness. But I believe what goes around comes around. Legally speaking, Sallys would be stealing if they refuse to refund items they didnt fulfill. It shouldnt be a customers responsibility to drive to a store to fulfill a delivery order they paid a delivery fee for. The fee is $5.95.
