I came in asking for a simple haircut. I wanted long layers and face framing curtain bangs. I even showed a picture that had the exact length I did not want my hair short at all I wanted to keep it long. Somehow I left the salon looking like Dora the Explorer. I was humbled so bad I had to drive 3 1/2 hours in silence. You should always check in with your client instead of giving them a surprise at the end. I understand this is a beauty school, but students should not be left unsupervised regardless of their phase in order to prevent outcomes like this. It look me 2 years to grow my hair out to this length and now its gone just like that. And instead of apologizing this lady had the audacity to speak to like I was incompetent, pretty much asked me if I was a child and tell me well we cant put it back on. Wow thanks I didnt know that!!! You get what you pay for is probably the best advice I can give you. Save yourself the energy and just get your hair done by a professional. I hope this establishment learns from this and prevents incidents like this from happening.

Jayden did a great job on my haircut and bridesmaid updo! Updo & curls lasted all day which is an accomplishment for my fine hair!

Color not rinsed good at the nape, left very itchy. Turnen away from mirror during application and during blowdry. Never asked how I wanted my hair styled . Not at all the way I wear my hair. Girl really sweet but not who I was told I would be with and not what price I was quoted.

The experience was great as always . Deanna did a great job in trimming and curling my hair. Got some great product advice to use for my hair type.
