They sold me a car with a bad transmission. Never buy a from here. Unless you get a mechanic to look at it first. They lost my trust and business.

This is a bad/no credit car lot. I was expecting to HAVE to pay a lot more for a vehicle considering my past bad credit decisions. What I wasn't expecting was to be harrased by sales agents who tried to tell me what I needed to buy. I could never get a straight answer about how much interest was going to be. I also watched as an employee basically begged for their clients to post a good review. It felt like a huge scam. The fact I couldn't get a straight answer about anything I felt was important is what sent me home. Really discouraged because I needed a car but ill take my chances elsewhere. I feel like they're trained to lie and get sales no matter what and thats not good business.

Walked the lot to check out the vechicles before coming inside because I knew what I wanted, money and documents ready to test drive and get a car. Walked into the building and EVERYONE turned their heads. Then after walking out, a gentlemen follows and says we don’t walk the lot. The issue was not being greeted in the lot, if I walk in, I expect SOMEONE, ANYONE to speak and ASSIST me. A good ole fashion “how may I help you” as a customer walks through the doors, would suffice. The woman sitting by the door on her phone could have at least greeted me before looking back down at her phone. Lost a sale today.
