        Rented a truck at Willow lawn in Richmond Virginia and getting billed for a reservation that was made in Virginia Beach which I'm like 3 hours from Virginia Beach at the time why would I go that far but they took the money off my mother's card and her card was never used the reservation within her name we never went to go get the truck there but they still took the money out of her account and now I cannot get it back do not rent from budget

        Take photos of the fuel gauge and the cleanliness of the vehicle. I return the vehicle on a weekend and left the keys in the dropbox. On Monday, the employees lied and said in the truck fuel gauge was not on full, but I was able to provide photos and was refunded my money.
