If you buy from here, ask for Jay Grayson! My experience was hassle free and I actually enjoyed buying my car from him. Excellent communication and professionalism. This is the 3rd car our family has bought from him. Thanks Jay!

Terrible customer service after purchase. Purchased vehicle beginning of May. At time of purchase I asked if a damaged rear window trim piece could be replaced. Salesperson had someone from parts take a look at the damage and said it could be fixed, no problem. During closing of purchase sales manager signed document stating piece would be replaced. Had to call back at the end of May for update on when license plates would arrive and when vehicle could be scheduled to replace part. Received plates and registration a couple days later. Received call from Sales Manager Josh that entire back glass has to be replaced and will call back with date of when it could be scheduled. It is now the end of July and still no call back. I have left no less than 8-10 messages with the receptionist and sent 8-10 emails to Josh asking for a call back. Nothing! Unfortunately the salesman is no longer at Brown's as he was the only positive experience.

They are not that great. In fact, after you buy your car, they will not communicate with you. Stay away from Ed Dix. He is blatantly disrespectful. I don't like him and I wish I had not gotten a car there. Does anyone know who is over his head?  No one there will tell me.

Don't expect anything for your trade-in. They presented me with this bogus NADA value that was over $5,000 less than the real NADA website. I guess they are betting people aren't doing research before they get there. ... Tip. If your going to present a NADA value to a customer at least make it look official.... Haha
