I have rated this place 5 stars in the past. However, my recent experience suggest otherwise. I took my car in for a diagnostic for a abs code. I paid 139 with a 20 dollar coupon for them to just give me the code again I already found. No solution!! The diagnosis here is useless to me.The mechanics are only as good as the dealership allows them to be. Parts department is great and friendly staff! 2 stars for that but a total ripoff in the service department!

Bought a 2021 used vehicle from the lot. First red flag: the mileage on CarFax was off by over 2000 miles when we went to test drive it. Carfax had it listed as 26,000+ miles, the actual odometer reading was 28,000+ A week after purchasing began experiencing issues with antifreeze disappearing from the reservoir tank. Brought it back to the dealership, they kept it for 3 hours and told me they couldn't find anything wrong, but that if I wanted to make a service appointment, they could schedule one for a month out. Also, they don't have any Toyota certified mechanics on site so they wouldn't be able to service the vehicle. Why are you selling any other cars on the lot then? I have now taken it to 3 different shops and no one can tell me where the antifreeze is disappearing to, so I'm left to assume it's going into the engine, although now it seems to be flinging it all over the engine. Long story short, buyer beware from this lot. Have a trusted mechanic check whatever vehicle you're looking at before you purchase or you'll end up with 22,000$ headache like I've gotten. I will not be doing business here again. This is why people don't trust dealerships.
