Firestone Complete Auto Care

Arrive at 730am to drop off vehicle was told service would be completed by 6pm then waited patiently till I received a call at 5:15pm informing me that they were unable to perform the service on the scheduled date and may take additional two day to get to the vehicle. The service was scheduled in person, not on a app, not over the phone so I'm confused on what led to the over booking. I'm sure I'm not the only patron that has experience this nonsense. Made a appointment online for 9am next day, Called verified appointment, Arrived there at 9am, was told there are no appointments scheduled today. And we have no availability to service your vehicle.

I use to be a loyal customer and always recommending them. However lately I don't get a response from them in a reasonable time frame. The automated system has huge delays. The last 3 appointments I've made has been pushed back to 3 to 4 days later. I live in the neighborhood and I've noticed on average 5 to 10 amazon vehicles there more than regular consumer vehicles. I understand I am no way as large as amazon. However amazon wasn't there 2 years ago but I was and service has got worst since then. Continue to take care of amazon until they complete their new facility and repair there own vehicles. I won't be there when they dump Firestone. Thanks for your past service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I know Firestone Complete Auto Care is hit-or-miss, but honestly I have no complaints about how quickly and professionally they serviced my car (oil & filter). The front desk staff was polite and ready for me at the scheduled appointment time; they finished the job in just under an hour. Afterwards, Bill carefully explained recommended maintenance and provided a detailed quote. I didn't authorize the work yet, but glad to know they are thorough and want me to drive under best mechanical conditions.
