UPS Access Point location

Horrifically unreliable and unprofessional. Taking days upon days off of work to sign for a package that never gets delivered but gets marked as undeliverable. When I finally do get my stuff after it gets sent back across the country from the seller, its several hours after the projected delivery time from their online tracker. With as much as they charge for shipping, you would think we would be able to schedule deliveries or have them hold the package for you to come pick it up but you need to pay more for that service too, which btw doesn't work with packages that require an adult signature.
